Save the Date

We hope all our Bullants players, families and supporters are going OK in the Canberra lockdown. We know its strange to send a Save the Date whilst we are in lockdown, but we have to prepare should we find ourselves in a different position come 2nd September.

Please save Wednesday 15 September for our Bullants End of Season celebration at the courts.

Vote for your Players Player

Now is the time of year to reflect on your team experience and nominate your Players Player. Here are some of the traits that should be considered when making this decision:

* Consistently gives 100% at both training and games (this includes being present at training sessions)

* Consistently plays as a member of the team

* Demonstrates a good team ethic and positive attitude

* Displays good sportsmanship qualities

* Demonstrates leadership on the court

* Demonstrates skill development over the season

* Someone who may have learnt a lot as a player

Bullants Committee

Following today’s announcement from the ACT Government, all netball in the ACT is currently suspended. This includes District Competitions, HCF State League & ASI Solutions Social Netball.

Hi parents and players, the rain has begun and radar looks like it will continue so we will cancel 7.30 training slot and if you can pick your 6.30 training slot player early please do. There will be committee members here till all players are collected.

Hi Bullants families.

Although the weather looks slightly ominous, the radar shows the rain to the south of Tuggeranong. So, with only 2 weeks left, we are going to train tonight.

We will post here if it looks as though we have to cancel later sessions.

Each year the SCNA Executive acknowledges those individuals who go above and beyond in supporting netball at SCNA.

Voting closes this Tuesday 10 August for your nomination for the 2021 SCNA Volunteer of the Year.

There are 3 awards.  Senior Volunteer (over 18), Junior Volunteer (under 18) and Umpire of the Year.

This is your opportunity to see our Bullants community shine for their involvement in SCNA.

You know it’s Wednesday cause it’s raining. Unfortunately we have to cancel training today. See everyone on Saturday.

SCNA have cancelled all remaining time slots for today, 17 July. Stay dry and warm and we’ll see you at training on Wednesday, if the weather allows!!

• The final umpires development session is on at 9.15am for those umpires who were involved before the break. A second umpires development session will commence next week for anyone interested in Yr7 or above.

Announcements are made for each timeslot according to the weather events throughout the day. If games go ahead, please remember to have your fingernails trimmed, hair tied back and all jewellery removed. Double knots in shoelaces are also recommended!

The courts are getting too wet for safe training, so we need to cancel the 6.30 and 7.30 sessions tonight. See you Saturday.
