This is great news and makes the Course accessible to everyone at any time.  The cost of the Course is $25 just follow the link provided to access information for the course.  The Level One Umpires Course is the first prerequisite for those wanting to get a National C Badge but can also be undertaken by those who want to improve their knowledge of the game.  We would suggest all of our umpires  do the course.  http://act.netball.com.au/umpiring-information/level-one-umpires-course-online/
