This Saturday is the last game before the school holiday break.
The following teams have byes:
NetSetGo – Shinook (the opposing team has forfeited)
Juniors – Sioux
Inters – Dakota
Shawnee is on canteen duty.
We will have training next Wednesday and then a break over the school holidays.

Sunday 30th June at South Canberra Netball Association Makin Place Deakin
Age Groups: 11-12yrs Time: 10am -12noon
Age Groups: 13-15yrs Time: 12.30-2.30pm
Players will be taken through a warm up, ball work and then move into General skills:
*Footwork;
*Drives onto the ball & ball placement;
Followed by: Specialist Court work eg Circle Defence, Circle Attack and Centre Court.
Cost: $5 per person
Sally Allen the SCNA State League Div 1 coach has developed the program. Sally is a Level 3 accredited coach, coaching many Victorian State Teams before coming to Canberra, where she has coached a number of ACT teams and our State League Div 1 team over a number of seasons taking several of them to Grand final victories.
The coaches on the day will be players from our State League Div 1, 2 and 3 teams and District Junior Representative coaches.
Registrations forms are due by Friday 28th of June. Payment can be paid to the SCNA office on or before the day.

New fixtures have late this afternoon been uploaded after a technical glitch with the new database. Several teams have been regraded. The only Bullants team moving is Kiowa who are now in Inters Div 4.
The display of the fixture for Rounds 1 – 7 may look a little strange but don’t worry, this is a result of the data migration with the regrade and hasn’t effected the ladder points. The court allocations need to be updated but hopefully I will have this done by tomorrow morning.

Round 7 marks the halfway point in the competition.

The weather forecast is looking a little damp so please keep an eye on the website for any news of cancellations. Always assume that we are playing and please understand that decisions to cancel are often made at the last minute and not all time slots may be affected.
