Winter Netball Presentation Evening this Wednesday

The committee has been working hard behind the scenes planning a great evening for this Wednesday’s Presentation evening. Please remember to come along at your usual winter training timeslot (seniors excepted, who will join the Inters).

Net Set Go & Juniors Go – 5.00-5.40
Juniors – 6.00-6.40
Inters & Seniors – 7.00-7.40

There will be a presentation for all teams of their Players Player and coaches awards with distancing on Court 2, followed by snack bags and games on each team’s regular training court.

Uniform Sales

The uniform shop will be open this Wednesday night for anyone wanting to purchase a dress in time for Twilight netball competition or next winter. Shop opening times: 5.30pm-6.00pm and 6.30pm-7.00pm. Also, if you have a second hand uniform to sell, please bring it along with your bank details. We buy good condition second hand dresses for $40.

AGM

Did you know we have just 7 people on our committee arranging 25+ teams? We are all working mums, juggling our many commitments. Many hands make the effort required lighter for all. We encourage you to get involved, especially if you are a Dad – our gender diversity is lacking! We could use your help preparing kit bags for winter and summer, drawing up rosters, arranging presentation evenings, attending SCNA meetings, selling uniforms.  Nothing is hard, just takes your time.

Come along to the Bullants AGM 4pm Sunday 18th October (via zoom) – you will be very welcome!

Twilight netball – Team Managers

All teams need a Team Manager. Please consider putting up your hand for this role. The Manager simply puts players into positions and, if you want, give players feedback. You are responsible for the kit bag – bringing the ball and bibs each week. We will be emailing team lists in the next day or so, and it would be great if you could indicate then if you can manage your child’s team. Unfortunately, if teams don’t have a Manager they will not get a kit bag, which the committee sorted out this afternoon….
